Our team includes experienced and compassionate physical, occupational, and speech therapists specializing in senior care. We offer rehabilitation, pain management, and cognitive and speech therapy. Oasis Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one rehabilitation services in an assisted living and memory care setting in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Available employment options:

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment.
  • Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

  • Active and current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Geriatric, assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
