The pay range is $114,000.00 - $205,000.00

What You'll Do

  • Lead the creative development of experiential concepts and environments frominitialidea through execution

  • Translate businessobjectivesand marketing strategies into engaging experiences that connect with team members, guests, and key audiences

  • Develop creative solutions across a range of experiential touchpoints, including spatial design, scenic environments, content, digital experiences, presentations, lighting, music, and environmental storytelling

  • Partner closely with Experiential Planners, Producers, Marketers, and Creative teams to ensure experiences are strategically grounded

  • Provide creative leadership and direction to internal teams, agencies, production partners, and vendors throughout the creative process

  • Maintain a high standard of design excellence while delivering clear, actionable, andtimelyfeedback

  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously while managing timelines, priorities, and budgets

  • Stay connected to emerging trends in experiential marketing, retail,andculture

  • Champion creative work that challenges convention and elevates the Target brand

About You

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in experiential design/spatialdesign

  • Strong portfoliodemonstratinga breadth of experiential work, with experience in retail, brand, or B2B environments preferred

  • Curious, culturally connected, and passionate about design, creativity, retail, and emerging trends

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect creative ideas to business goals

  • Strong understanding of spatial design, environmental storytelling, and experiential creative development

  • Collaborative partner who builds strong relationships and inspires others through a clear point of view

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills

  • Open to feedback and comfortable providing creative direction to others

  • Organized with the ability to lead multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

  • Willing and able to travel and work flexible hours as needed to support activations

This position willoperateas a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs at ourNYC Office. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at theTarget NYC locationthe role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
