Role Overview:
We are looking for a vibrant, client-focused professional to join our network of luxury spas. As a Traveling Sales Manager, you will work across multiple locations, supporting teams and ensuring exceptional client experiences. You will focus on high-end sales, personalized service, and building strong client relationships. Travel arrangements and accommodations, including flights, hotels, Airbnb, and a company vehicle, are fully coordinated so you can focus on delivering results and creating memorable, luxury spa experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage clients with premium skincare and aesthetic treatments, providing guidance tailored to their individual needs.

  • Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling while ensuring clients feel valued and cared for.

  • Support local spa teams, including estheticians, nurses, front desk staff, and on-site sales leadership, to achieve daily and monthly targets.

  • Transition between spa locations as needed, maintaining consistent professionalism and performance.

  • Participate in team development, training, and knowledge sharing to elevate overall client satisfaction and sales results.

  • Provide feedback on sales strategies and client interactions to enhance team performance.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in high-ticket, consultative, or luxury sales.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.

  • Comfortable with frequent travel and adapting to new environments and teams.

  • Driven by results and motivated to exceed KPIs and sales goals.

  • Valid driver's license required.

  • Comfortable as a W9/1099 independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes.
