At Spring Dance Hot Tubs, we're proud to be the oldest exclusive hot tub dealer in the Philadelphia, PA region. We are known for selling hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and backyard accessories. We have sold Hot Spring®, Caldera®, and Freeflow® hot tubs, the highest quality spas available on the market. Our Service and Water Valet teams stand ready to cater to your needs, ensuring that your experience with our products is always seamless and satisfying.
Job Overview:
The Spa Delivery Driver is a hands-on role responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering hot tubs and related merchandise safely and efficiently. Working alongside the Hot Tub Delivery Supervisor, this position ensures timely backyard deliveries, provides exceptional on-site customer service, and supports warehouse operations as needed. Safe driving practices and proper load securement are essential.
Compensation Rate: $20.00 / Hourly
Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, load, and unload hot tubs and merchandise safely and efficiently
  • Support e-commerce shipments and assist with warehouse operations
  • Execute delivery-related tasks and contribute to special projects that support company growth
  • Perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, walking, and lifting of 100+ lb. items (equipment and dollies provided)
  • Remain on your feet for extended periods in a physically demanding, hands-on environment
  • Operate in non-climate-controlled settings, including varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels, both indoors and outdoors
  • Stock and retrieve merchandise of various sizes from floor level to overhead racking (stairs, ladders, and forklifts provided)
  • Maintain strong visual awareness (with or without corrective lenses) to read documentation and assist drivers with surroundings during deliveries

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Prior experience in heavy merchandise handling, delivery, or labor-intensive roles preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow schedules and instructions accurately
  • Ability to work in varying environments, including heat, cold, dust, and noise
  • Forklift experience a plus (in-house certification available)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with supervisors, drivers, and store associates
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service during deliveries
