What You Will Do and How You Will Contribute: 

  • Provides exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, greeting and thanking them, and assisting with their needs
  • Answers phone calls in a polite and timely manner, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance
  • Assists customers in locating products, offering recommendations, and providing personalized information
  • Upsells and promotes items to increase overall sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Highlights Do It Best reward program to customers, encouraging their participation to foster customer loyalty
  • Follows company standards and procedures to ensure efficient operations and meet customer expectations
  • Processes checkouts accurately and efficiently, adhering to proper cash handling procedures

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the business
