  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts.
  • Proactively contact customers regarding replacement parts, preventative maintenance needs, and equipment support opportunities.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries, process purchase orders, and ensure timely follow-up on all requests.
  • Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct replacement parts and provide guidance on product usage, maintenance, and installation.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, including pricing, availability, and lead-time information.
  • Provide customers with accurate delivery schedules and order status updates.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and plant walkthroughs to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Foodera Technologies' products, equipment, and aftermarket offerings.
  • Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor products to effectively position our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including service, operations, engineering, and customer support to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, quotes, and sales activities.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in parts sales, customer service, technical sales, maintenance support, or a related field.
  • Experience with food processing equipment, industrial equipment, manufacturing machinery, or aftermarket parts sales preferred.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of customer inquiries.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to travel 50–75% within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of food processing equipment, spare parts, maintenance practices, and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Experience reading equipment diagrams, parts manuals, or technical documentation.
  • Prior experience supporting manufacturing, food production, packaging, or industrial processing customers.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift and carry parts or materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, including customer manufacturing and processing facilities.
  • Ability to access and navigate customer and company facilities safely.

Why Join Foodera Technologies?

  • Opportunity to join a growing global organization with a reputation for quality and innovation.
  • Remote-based position with autonomy and ownership of a dedicated territory.
  • Competitive compensation package, including performance-based incentives.
  • Career growth opportunities within a stable and expanding company.
