Bookkeeper – Bilingual Spanish

Location: Atlanta, GA – The Battery / Truist Park Area
Schedule: In-office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $55,000–$65,000

Position Overview

An established Atlanta property management company is seeking an experienced Bilingual Senior Bookkeeper to handle accounting for approximately 500 residential units.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong experience with AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, payroll, month-end close, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of transactions.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage AP, AR, and general ledger accounting

  • Perform bank and account reconciliations

  • Handle month-end close and financial reporting

  • Process payroll for approximately 50 employees

  • Record and apply payments

  • Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records

  • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies

  • Support accounting for approximately 500 residential units

Qualifications
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required

  • 7+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience; 10+ preferred

  • Strong full-cycle accounting experience

  • Experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, payroll, and month-end close

  • Property management or real estate experience preferred

  • QuickBooks experience preferred; Rent Manager is a plus

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently

Compensation & Benefits

$55,000–$65,000, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and potential year-end bonus.
