Job description

Spanish-Speaking Exercise Role Player
OTA is seeking fluent Spanish-speaking individuals to participate in immersive training exercises designed to prepare students for real-world scenarios they may encounter. You will portray multiple characters, memorize detailed background information, and adapt your performance based on instructor feedback. Your participation will enhance the realism and effectiveness of various training exercises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume and portray assigned fictional characters provided by OTA

  • Memorize and accurately deliver background details and scenario-specific information

  • Engage in physical simulation activities such as running, crouching, jumping, kneeling, laying on the ground, and handling lightweight props

  • Participate in scripted interviews and scenario-based interactions

  • Permit controlled physical searches by students of any gender, as part of the training

  • Maintain character consistently throughout the exercise

  • Follow all OTA security protocols, behavioral guidelines, and company policies

  • Be responsive to instructor feedback and adjust your performance as needed

  • Support various types of training sessions with professionalism and flexibility
     

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Fluent in Spanish 

  • U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in the U.S. for at least 3 years.

  • Valid U.S. REAL ID driver’s license

  • Physically capable of performing tasks such as crawling, kneeling, lifting lightweight props, and other movements required during role play

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

  • Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
