Advanced Practitioners - Primary Care
Job Details:
  • Open to both Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
  • 100% outpatient primary care setting focused on Adult Medicine (18+)
  • Excellent opportunity for providers interested in working with a Spanish-speaking population
  • Carry your own patient panel and provide quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative team
  • Full-time position, weekdays only with flexible scheduling options available

  • Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial care plans
