Job description

Our home health/homecare organization is looking for a highly motivated, positive Spanish speaking Human Resource Professional to:

    1) Assist the department Managers to develop forms, processes and manuals to meet compliance requirements and optimize our operations
    2) Conduct interviews
    3) Grow and own a roster of caregiver and clinicians (caregiver, HHA/CNAs, RN, LPN, PT and OT)
    4) Work closely within the recruitment and orientation processes as they occur
    5) The HR associate is expected to support the business
    6) Streamline various recruiting portals
    7) Work with internal team to manage and market job postings.
    8) Be a reliable source of information and advice about best recruitment practice, processing all recruitment-related administration within agreed timescales
    9) Provide excellent customer service
    10) Help answer all office phone calls and direct them to the right extension and person
    11) Schedules interviews for caregivers and clinicians
    12) Conduct interviews within a 30-minute window
    13) Run Search of the Exclusions for Caregivers and clinicians
    14) Check references for caregivers
    15) Complete employment packets
    16) Review policies with current caregivers and clinicians
    17) Must be a highly motivated individual
    18) Work to optimize our internal processes 19) Work with department heads to develop SOPs across the organization.
    20) Maintain employee files
    21) Help collect expired documents like TB, car insurance, license, references, licenses, certificate
    22) Review new hire paperwork for accuracy and compliance
    23) Attend Job fairs and recruiting events as needed to support our marketer and roster growth
    24) Perform duties and projects that will help our talent acquisition and retention program
    25) Coordinate company events
    26) Fluent in Spanish and English
