The Partner Experience Specialist position is responsible for providing exceptional and engaging user experience to our auction partners, dealer partners, and internal team members. Your primary responsibilities support the success of our dealer partners by functioning as a go-between for the accurate and timely coordination of our floorplan loans. The ideal candidate for this role has a winning attitude, outstanding listening skills, and phenomenal communication skills, both verbally and written. Also, you understand that your role is a key component to the partner experience we are building at Kinetic Advantage.
The hours for this position are M-F 9:00a-5:00p ET. This is an onsite position.
Bilingual Spanish Speaking is a requirement for this role.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Receive and process inbound electronic communication including email, phone and text from dealers and handle in a timely manner
• Receive, validate, and process floorplan loan requests in adherence to Kinetic Advantage's policies, procedures, and advance guidelines
• Accurately calculate amounts due in a variety of floorplan situations
• Maintain a steady workflow and perform additional assignments in down time, as needed
• Develop a thorough understanding of Kinetic Advantage policies, processes, and procedures related to assigned areas, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
• Apply experience and lessons-learned to create or modify work methods related to floorplan advances & overall partner experience
• Perform duties such as assisting new clients with basic orientation via phone and or virtual contract signing or other duties as called for by business needs.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years related experience in either the floorplan, automobile, or auction industry or with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, preferred
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong organizational skills, including ability to multitask, work efficiently, and prioritize
• Ability to earn trust and build relationships over the phone and effectively communicate and exchange information with a wide diversity of individuals, both verbally and written
• Exceptional problem-solving skills include the ability to ask probing questions to deeply understand the needs of our auction and dealer partners
• Professional maturity to handle sensitive information and situations with tact and discretion
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite or related software such as OneNote and Teams
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Robust time management skills and attention to detail coupled with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Skills needed to compose email and text communications professionally, clearly, and error free
• First-rate problem-solving skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and, at times, stressful environment
• Bilingual preferred but not required - bilingual team members will be required to assist in translation situations often via phone
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
