Job description

At Sunshine Care Network, we are currently seeking passionate and dedicated ABA therapist's throughout NY 's 5 Boroughs and Long Island to join our team at Sunshine Care ABA Services.. As an ABA therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ASD. If you are bilingul Spanish that is a plus. Other languages are needed as well dependent on the families given language.

Behavior Technician Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques
  • Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collect data to measure progress
  • Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties

Behavior Technician Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
  • Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment
