Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.

  • Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Collect and document data on client progress.

  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

  • Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

  • Maintain confidentiality and respoect for clients.

  • Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

  • Pay Range: $22 - $32/hour

  • Part-Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 - 2:00 PM and 2:30 - 6:00 PM

  • Location: The Bronx, NY
