Part-time, Spanish speaking 

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 3-5

Home Based Setting.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

We are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to become an integral part of our mission-driven clinical team. If you have a passion for helping children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential, we want you.

What You'll Do:

  • Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings.

  • Collect and document session data in Rethink within 24 hours.

  • Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

  • Participate in new hire check-ins and maintain professional communication with families.

  • At least 6 months of hands-on experience with children with developmental disabilities.

  • Current RBT certification.

  • Familiarity with ABA data collection and documentation.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
