Position Summary

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at Limitless ABA, LLC provide 1:1 ABA therapy

under the direct supervision of a BCBA. RBTs implement treatment plans, collect data, and

support clients in developing functional, social, and communication skills across home, clinic,

school, and community settings.


**This position is for part-time, weekend hours within our center location.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing Treatment Plans: Carry out behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans created by the supervising BCBA to promote new skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Providing 1:1 Therapy: Deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy directly to children, often in clinic-based environments.
  • Data Collection: Accurately record and track client progress, including responses to treatment and behavior changes, using detailed data collection procedures.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide timely and constructive feedback to supervisors. Complete written session notes and progress summaries.
  • Utilizing Technology: Use tablets and behavior management software to log session data, access treatment protocols, and communicate with the clinical team.
  • Maintaining a Safe and Supportive Environment: Create and maintain a positive, structured, and HIPAA-compliant environment that prioritizes client dignity, safety, and ethical care.

Qualifications Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current RBT certification with the BACB (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including:

  • Responding quickly from seated or kneeling positions.
  • Standing for at least 15 minutes at a time.
