Bi-lingual (Spanish) Registered Behavior Technician / RBT
Do you love helping children learn and succeed? Already Autism Health is seeking a Bi-lingual (Spanish) Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism! RBTs provide one-on-one behavioral interventions and teach social, daily living, and communication skills. RBTs work under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement a variety of strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. Compensation:

  • Pay starts at $25 per hour, with rates adjusted based on experience and work setting
  • Biweekly pay
  • Must speak fluent Spanish!

We are hiring a Part-time Bi-lingual (Spanish) RBT M - F / 12:30PM - 4:00PM for the clinic in College Park, GA!

Responsibilities:
  • Follow the individual treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA
  • Utilize the CentralReach practice management system to record, collect, and maintain clinical data
  • Completes session documentation in a thorough and timely manner
  • Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion
  • Collaborate with your BCBA, client families, and other community stakeholders under the direction of a supervisor
  • Communicates any relevant information from sessions to the BCBA
  • Provides services in the home, clinic, and community settings
Qualifications:
  • Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification (Must be Active)
  • Must Speak Fluent Spanish
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation Must Speak Fluent Spanish
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Professional demeanor and a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
  • Basic computer skills
  • Flexibility and able to adapt quickly based on circumstances
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client session locations
  • Professional and dependable

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative and not all-inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand and use their hands and fingers. Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs. may also be required.
Working Environment:
Travel is required between client homes, clinic, and community locations. Afternoon and evening availability is preferred.
