Large Construction Company looking for a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to engage and enhance current clientele relationships and create and explore NEW clientele and relationships.  
The position is responsible for Estimating & Marketing Strategies as well as promoting growth opportunities. The review of Company Reports Weekly and Monthly, Guidance and forecasting for Senior Management, ultimately responsible for growing current/new clientele relationships. 
Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience of 5-7 Years within the Commercial Maintenance industry, Required.
  • Must have 2 Years Minimum prior construction site "FIELD EXPERIENCE" (e.g. Project Manager skills; Scheduling, Budgeting, Safety OSHA regulation, Job readiness, Staffing, Purchasing)
  • Must have 2 Years Minimum prior "MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE" (e.g. Management Skills; Review and understand Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows Statement, Job Cost Reports, Monthly/Weekly sales/payroll reports,
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
  • Strong communication and organization
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Spanish Speaking not required, Preferred
  • Proficient in several management disciplines; HOA, Master Plan, Commercial, Municipality, Hotel & Casino property scope of works (e.g. Pool and Valet, 24 hour on call services, executive correspondence,).
