We're expanding and looking for a versatile, motivated plumber who’s ready to grow their skills—and maybe even their HVAC knowledge—with us.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid residential and/or light commercial plumbing experience and a desire (or willingness) to cross-train in basic HVAC service and repair. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand their technical skill set and be part of a company that values craftsmanship and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (including water heaters, tankless systems, water softeners, drain lines, fixtures, etc.)

  • Perform diagnostic assessments and provide clear, honest solutions to customers

  • Collaborate with HVAC technicians and learn basic HVAC system operations as needed

  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

  • Follow local plumbing codes and safety standards

  • Uphold Evolve’s commitment to professionalism, respect, and customer satisfaction on every job

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a plumber (licensed preferred but not required)

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair common residential plumbing issues

  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude

  • Interest or willingness to learn HVAC basics (training available)

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred but Not Required:

  • EPA Certification or experience with HVAC systems

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
