Security Officer Bilingual Spanish Patrol

As a Security Officer Bilingual Spanish Patrol in Pomona, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly in fluent Spanish, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Wed 07:00 AM - 02:30 PM

Thur 07:00 AM - 02:30 PM

Fri 07:00 AM - 02:30 PM

Sat 07:00 AM - 02:30 PM

Sun 07:00 AM - 02:30 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail areas, stockrooms, exterior walkways, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
  • Document incidents, patrols, and security-related observations in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A Guard Card/license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
