About the Role

Texavet LLC is seeking friendly, dependable Customer Service Representatives to support our weekend mobile veterinary clinics throughout North and West Houston. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and animals in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet pet owners and provide clear, professional communication

  • Collect pet information and assist with intake and check-in

  • Answer questions regarding clinic flow, services, and next steps

  • Support veterinary staff with client coordination and organization

  • Help maintain a positive, efficient clinic experience for clients

Requirements
