This role is entirely remote, allowing you to tailor your work environment to your preferences while enjoying the benefits of a fully supportive team. Our administrative staff takes care of all logistics, including billing and scheduling, enabling you to dedicate your time and energy solely to delivering exceptional therapy. Through our HIPAA-compliant platform, you will connect with clients seamlessly, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Conduct individualized psychotherapy sessions via our secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platform, focusing on evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation through our user-friendly Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring timely updates and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and revise personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and circumstances.
• Adhere to state licensure requirements and uphold ethical standards within all therapeutic practices.
• Engage in professional development through peer consult groups, continuing education opportunities, and internal training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Ease Care Counselling Services, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. Your expertise will allow you to guide clients through issues such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and trauma, while fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing.

• Current active LMFT license in Florida, with the ability to practice within the state.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapy, particularly in family systems and couple dynamics.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a strong foundation in clinical practices.

• Experience or training in evidence-based therapeutic models such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
• Proficiency in languages other than English, such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole, is highly regarded and can enhance your ability to connect with a broader client base.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, valuing both individual contributions and collective growth.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
