Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Representative (Spanish/English)

A well-established and growing construction supply company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting sales efforts, and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to contractors, business customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers, providing professional and friendly service in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, order placement, and order status updates.
  • Prepare customer quotes, process sales orders, and accurately enter information into the company's ERP system.
  • Process payments and remittances while maintaining accurate records.
  • Support outside sales representatives by preparing quotes, researching products, coordinating supplier information, and assisting with customer follow-up.
  • Maintain an organized, well-stocked showroom and ensure merchandise is displayed professionally.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for additional sales.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Perform general administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required.
  • Previous customer service, inside sales, retail sales, or account support experience preferred.
  • Experience in construction, industrial distribution, building materials, or related industries is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning ERP or order management systems.
  • Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
