About the Position

As a Design Specialist, you'll meet with homeowners to inspect concrete settlement and structural concerns, educate customers on the cause of their problem, and recommend the best long-term solution.

This is a consultative sales role where trust, professionalism, and customer education are the keys to success.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct 7-12 scheduled in-home appointments each week.
  • Perform detailed inspections of sunken concrete, foundation issues, and structural concerns.
  • Diagnose the root cause of settlement and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
  • Present proposals, financing options, and project recommendations.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
  • Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and documentation.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first appointment through project completion.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Available to work Monday through Saturday as customer appointments require

  • Consistently maintain a 35% or greater close rate.
  • Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Complete accurate inspections and proposals.
