What You'll Do
  • Welcome every guest with warmth and polish; tailor recommendations to their goals and occasion.
  • Convert great experiences into memberships: present options clearly and effectively, handle objections, and close ethically.
  • Drive retail sales results: demo products, build simple at-home routines/bundles, and keep the retail floor merchandised.
  • Scheduling: pre-schedule next visits, manage waitlists, and optimize provider utilization with accurate scheduling and POS.
  • Proactive outreach: follow up on leads, trials, freezes/lapses, and post-visit thank-yous via phone/text/email
  • Own the front-of-house flow: reception/locker room readiness, tidy retail zones, cash handling, and open/close procedures.
  • Partner with service providers and leadership to hit team KPIs (membership conversion, retail per guest, pre-book rate, and guest satisfaction).
  • Community & Customer Relations: Support local partnerships/donations, VIP events, and engagement on Larimer Square
