Full Time, current shifts: Wed-Fri 9:15am-4:30pm; Sat-Sun: 9:15am-6pm

Compensation: $25.00 to $27.00/hour (incl. tips); PTO, employee discounts, 401(k) with matching after 600 hours


Our Lead Spa Associate serves a dual role. We are looking for a person who can serve both, front of the house and back of the house roles as needed. The primary focus will be as an experienced spa associate (back of the house), bringing customers into our services, setting them up, explaining the process, making sure everything stays on time. We will look at them as the primary person responsible for making sure everything is handled on time, when they are working in the back of the house.


When needed, they will also be able to staff our front desk and check customers in, take payments, take bookings over the phone and in person and manage our booking system.ย 


You need to have a friendly, welcoming demeanor and love taking care of customers. You need to be able to be quick and accurate.


Our spa in Denver has served well over 20,000 customers. Some of the tasks you will be performing as a Spa Associate:


Service tasks

  • Set up and prepare rooms for services
  • Bring clients into our services (Salt Cave, Foot Bath, Sauna) and give orientation
  • Clean & dry customer's feet after the foot bath service
  • Clean foot-bath tubs after each session
  • Clean saunas after each session
  • VERY IMPORTANT: Keep everything running on time (this is very critical to the spa operation and can sometimes be stressful, if you are not a proactive person or someone who does not have good time management skill) You will be the primary person responsible for the timeliness of our services

Front Desk Tasks

  • Answer phones
  • Check voicemail, email, messages
  • Book appointments using our online booking system
  • Explain our services to customers
  • Up-sell session blocks, packages, memberships
  • Communicate with therapists to make sure their schedule is accurate
  • Welcome customers and check them in for their services
  • Take payments and check customers out after their services
  • Coordinate the flow of services, so everything happens on time
  • Help sell products in the store
  • File intake forms and other administrative work

Spa-keeping tasks:

  • open and close the store
  • Restock sheets and towels in massage rooms, saunas, etc
  • Clean & maintain foot bath modules
  • Clean and maintain saunas
  • Wash and fold laundry (massage sheets, towels)
  • Wash cups
  • Restock bathrooms
  • Wipe down bathroom counters
  • Take out trash
  • Sweep and vacuum rooms
  • Wipe down retail product shelves


Total starting Salary is about $25.00 - $27.00 / hour

Base salary is $ 22/hour and tips average $3.00-6.00 / hour
