Schedule: Full-Time | On-site
Compensation: $3,000 monthly base salary + commission
Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead in-spa sales operations. This role focuses on upselling treatment packages and retail products to existing clients. All daily clients are provided-
no lead generation required. Success in this role is measured by individual sales performance, team results, and consistent achievement of daily sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in-spa sales by promoting treatment packages and retail products to all clients
- Drive individual and team sales performance to meet daily revenue goals
- Coach, motivate, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve targets
- Track and analyze sales metrics, providing actionable guidance to improve results
- Ensure accurate client and sales data in the CRM system
- Collaborate with spa operations to maintain smooth workflow and client satisfaction
- Maintain a professional, client-focused environment that supports upselling and service excellence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or sales management
- Strong upselling and closing skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team
