Role Overview: Spa Manager

As the Spa Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive membership sales, and foster a strong team culture. Your leadership will ensure that every guest receives a five-star experience while the spa meets business goals for growth and profitability. This role is ideal for leaders with experience in spa management, salon management, retail management, or hospitality leadership.


Key Leadership Responsibilities

  • Membership Conversion: Coach and motivate the spa team to educate guests on membership benefits. Drive high membership conversion rates through leadership, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
  • Revenue & Operations: Oversee scheduling, client flow, service upgrades, and retail sales to maximize revenue. Utilize strong operational and organizational skills to ensure an efficient, well-run spa. Maintain a consistent five-star guest experience.
  • Recruiting & Team Development: Recruit, interview, and hire high-performing team members (MTs, LEs, Spa Associates). Create a positive, collaborative culture focused on communication, coaching, and continual improvement. Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Client Experience: Ensure every guest receives a welcoming, exceptional visit that reflects Hand & Stone’s brand standards. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and solutions-oriented communication.


What You Need To Succeed

  • 2–3 years of management experience in a spa, salon, retail, hospitality, wellness, or customer service environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach employees, and drive performance
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and at least one weekend day
