 Store Associate:

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality 
  •  Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Answer phone with proper etiquette and message handling 
  • Process sales transactions accurately (cash, check, credit cards, etc.).
  • Stay informed about product details, promotions, and advertisements.
  • Adapt to changing business demands.

Physical Demands:

  •  Regularly talk and hear while performing job duties.

  • Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate pool and spa equipment, and read technical information.
  • Potential exposure to safety and health hazards related to pool and spa operation and chemicals.

Expected Working Hours:

  • Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required. Store Hours: 
  • Monday through Friday 10am - 7pm.
  • Saturday and Sunday 10am – 6pm

Travel:

  • Occasional travel between stores, the Corporate Office, and customer locations.
