Hand and Stone Crescent Springs is seeking a Spa Wellness Advisor. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
  • To SELL memberships, gift cars and upgrades
  • Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
  • A fast learner, with a positive attitude; remain calm in fast pace environment
  • Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival and communicate sales promotions and service options with clients
  • Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
  • Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
  • Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
  • Positive, energetic attitude
  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Capability to work flexible hours including some nights, weekends and some holidays
