Job description

About the Role

SeekrFlow is an end-to-end AI development platform used to build, fine-tune, and deploy AI systems in production environments. We're hiring a Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead our Neocloud and Datacenter line of business. This role is responsible for defining and delivering the software layer that enables Neocloud operators-standalone, independently powered data centers-to administer and run SeekrFlow on their own infrastructure.

Neoclouds represent one of the fastest-growing opportunities in AI infrastructure. Operators are standing up GPU capacity outside of the hyperscalers, often in support of sovereign AI initiatives, and need a path to monetize that capacity. SeekrFlow is that path.

You will own the product strategy for the Neocloud and Datacenter offering and partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to bring it to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product strategy for the Neocloud and Datacenter line of business
  • Build and maintain a roadmap that enables Neocloud operators to deploy, administer, and monetize SeekrFlow on their infrastructure
  • Architect end-to-end solutions on tight timelines and rally engineering, design, and delivery teams to ship against signed customer commitments
  • Write clear product specifications that define features, workflows, and expected system behavior for engineering and design teams
  • Define product capabilities across the administration, deployment, and operations surfaces required for self-hosted and dedicated environments
  • Partner with engineering to ensure the platform performs reliably across diverse Neocloud deployments, including observability, orchestration, billing, and lifecycle management
  • Work across teams to ensure consistency between SaaS and Neocloud-hosted experiences
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from Neocloud customers, internal teams, and usage data to inform product decisions
  • Support enterprise and sovereign AI use cases by enabling secure, auditable, and operator-administered deployments
  • Partner with GTM and field teams to support active customer engagements, scope new deals, and accelerate delivery
  • Define success metrics and track performance to ensure measurable progress against roadmap and contractual milestones

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of product management experience (not a hard requirement; relevant senior technical experience considered)
  • Experience operating at a Principal, Group PM, Director, or Senior Director level
  • Background in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products, with a strong understanding of DevOps
  • Experience delivering software for cloud, datacenter, or self-hosted deployment environments
  • Experience in B2B product environments, preferably enterprise-focused
  • Computer science background preferred; equivalent technical depth and hands-on experience with API-based products is acceptable
  • Strong DevOps experience, including Kubernetes, Grafana, infrastructure-as-code, and production operations
  • Strong cloud computing background across deployment, networking, and resource management
  • Python proficiency sufficient to deeply understand the product and engage credibly with engineering (this is not a hands-on coding role, but technical fluency is required)
  • Hands-on familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm charts, and SaaS deployment patterns
  • Experience with observability and streaming infrastructure such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Kafka
  • Ability to architect solutions on tight timelines and drive cross-functional execution from spec to delivery
  • Clear, concise communication-able to align engineering, design, GTM, and customer stakeholders around a shared plan

What's In It for You

  • Ownership of a high-priority line of business with signed customers and seven-figure- plus deals already in motion
  • Opportunity to shape how Neoclouds and sovereign AI operators run a leading AI platform
  • Collaboration with experienced engineering, design, and GTM teams
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and full benefits
  • Hybrid work environment with in-office collaboration
