Job description

You will serve as a WAGE TRAINEE APPRENTICE in the Production Resources Department of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & IMF San Diego Detachment at NAS North Island, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard San Diego Detachment at Naval Base Point Loma, Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, or Fleet Readiness Center Southwest at NAS North Island. This announcement is established to fill vacancies for the Southwest Regional Apprentice Program located in SAN DIEGO, CA.

Qualifications:Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying. Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.
