Position –Staffing Coordinator

Job Location –Fond du Lac, WI

Starting Date –Immediate

Employment Term –Directly working at SEEK

Employment Type –Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 8am to 5pm

Starting Pay –$40,000+ based on exp

Required Experience –At least 3 years of experience


As a Talent Specialist (Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter), you will act as the bridge between top job seekers and our client companies. You’ll be responsible for screening, interviewing, and placing candidates into roles where they can thrive, while delivering exceptional customer service to our business partners.


Responsibilities

  • Recruit Top Talent: Proactively source and connect with job seekers across various channels.
  • Interview & Screen: Conduct candidate interviews and evaluations to match skills with client needs.
  • Fill Job Orders: Efficiently manage and fulfill staffing requests from client companies.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the placement process.
  • Client Visits: Perform minimal local travel to client locations to understand their staffing needs and workplace environments.


We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or front-facing service backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply!).
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer Skills: Above-average computer proficiency, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Typing Speed: Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license (for minimal local client travel).

SEEK was founded in 1971 by Carol Ann Schneider, CPC, SPHR, a Grafton, Wisconsin resident. The name SEEK was derived from a combination of initials in Carol’s family. It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997. Currently, there are 19 total branch offices with 16 located throughout Wisconsin and a recent acquisition has expanded SEEK’s portfolio to 3 branch offices in the Twin Cities.
