The Opportunity
As a Source-to-Pay Technology Consultant (Coupa, ZIP, GEP) Senior Manager, you will focus on optimizing sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier collaboration, and strengthen supply chain resilience. You will work closely with clients to analyze sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and develop strategies to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Within our Operations practice, you will provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm. In this role, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives and acting on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives to optimize cost savings and supplier collaboration
- Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance productivity and drive business performance
- Implementing digital procurement solutions and strategic sourcing frameworks to improve procurement efficiency
- Managing supplier relationships and conducting supplier evaluations to strengthen supply chain resilience
- Utilizing Coupa, GEP, and SAP Ariba software to streamline procurement processes and contract management
- Directing teams through complex procurement challenges, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within sourcing strategies
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that align with client objectives and business goals
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine procurement strategies
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing teams and drive results
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Project/Technology Management, Science

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
