As part of our SOAR team, youll serve an impressive roster of clients, hauling temperature-controlled freight in late model, well-equipped trucks.

Compensation

  • Annual pay: $200,000+ average gross pay
    • 75% of the linehaul gross revenue
  • Additional Pay:
    • Get $50 per hour after just 2 hours of waiting
    • Maximize your earnings with a cap of $300 per 24-hour period
  • Paid via direct deposit weekly

Payments & Fixed Costs

  • Choose the truck that fits your business plan (2023-2025 Freightliner Cascadia)
    • Lightly Used (50K200K miles): $850$900/week
    • Midlife Equipment (200K325K miles): $700/week
    • Ownership Path (325K450K miles): $600/week
  • Permits and Plates - $44.23 per week
  • Driver Tech Unit- $16.00 per week
  • Trailer Rental Fee - $150.00 per week
  • Contractor Engagement Fee - $62.50 per week until $2.500 and full refundable after 12 months

Home time, Route & Schedule

  • Home Time: Choose your home time, most drivers are home for 3-4 days every 3 weeks
    • Average weekly miles - 2,450 - 3,000
  • Route: Primary Power Lanes (I-80, I-90 and I-94) but we run all 48 states
  • 100% no touch freight

Equipment

  • 2023-2025 Freightliner Cascadia
  • Bumper to Bumper Maintenance Program
  • EW4 and TC4 coverage
  • 4 year - 450,000 mile chassis warranty
  • 4 year - 500,000 mile engine warranty
  • Must have physical damage insurance, bobtail/non-trucking liability, occupational accident coverage, general liability coverage

Qualification

  • Must have valid CDL A License
  • 23 years of age
  • Minimum 12 Months OTR experience doingdry van or reeferwithin the last 36 months
  • Clean MVR and driving history
  • Solid work history
  • Clean background
  • Operates under SOAR authority
  • Must reside in one of the following states: ID, UT, CO, NV & AZ
