JOB SUMMARY
Provides administrative support to the Care Management Department by organizing and facilitating daily work flow. Coordinates transmission of information to third party payors. Assists with facilitation of post hospital placements. Responds to inquiries from internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
  • One year of secretarial experience.
  • Three years of secretarial experience in the healthcare field preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions, and effectively communicate information.
  • Basic computer skills (including opening/reading email, basic internet use).
  • Requires the ability to exercise discretion and use good judgment to perform duties promptly and consistently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
