Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am-4pm

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Handling inbound calls, taking customer orders, and communicating any order discrepancies clearly and professionally.
• Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide order status updates.
• Assisting walk-in customers with a positive, helpful attitude and supporting warehouse operations as needed, including pulling and staging orders.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role and can perform basic math calculations.
• Bring a personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
