Location: Onsite in Toronto, Canada; open to Mexico-based nearshore candidates able to travel to the client site as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Own B2B applications and related infrastructure.
  • Communicate the applications vision, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the B2B applications. Including application incidents, requests, decisions and associated projects.
  • Create, prioritize, and refine user stories. Define acceptance criteria.
  • Own and manage the product backlog and services to ensure continuity and no business disruption.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals, service delivery and projects.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and IT policies and best practices.
  • Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in Service Delivery, IT operations and/or Project Management.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level digital products.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including support, infrastructure, development, architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and effectively prioritize in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Proven experience engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to seamlessly balance technical considerations with business objectives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working with international organizations or large, complex institutions.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in digital transformation or modernization projects.
  • Knowledge of enterprise platforms, system integrations, and ORACLE DBs and products.
