The Position:
As a Luxury Technology Salesperson at Sound & Image Design, you capitalize on the  opportunities our business development team brings in and turn them into sales. You will develop client relationships, farm our existing database, and close deals to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions and detailed proposals that meet client needs. Your blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen will be essential to the success of our projects and overall client satisfaction. 
Your Location:
  • We cover the Richmond, VA area and the surrounding areas. You would be able to live and commute within various parts of the area to network, meet with referral partners, and prospective clients.

Your Contribution to Sound + Image:
  • Client Relationships: Become a trusted advisor
  • Sales Consultations: Understand client needs, desires, and project requirements.
  • Scope of Work: Develop detailed scopes for presentation to clients
  • Meet Sales Goals: Achieve individual revenue targets of the company
  • Collaborate:  Ensure a seamless handoff of technical designs to field staff
  • Farm Existing Client Base - make calls daily to nurture and grow relationships

  • Proven Experience: You come from a technical sales role
  • Technical Understanding: Home automation, AV, Networking, Lighting, Shading

Sound + Image's Contribution to You
Your Compensation:
  • $50k base plus 5% commission
  • $2m in sales = $150k
