Full-time: FOUR-DAY work week! No Saturdays and Sundays!

We are looking for an outgoing Mobile Service Technician who is great with people, and with mechanical vehicle challenges, willing to work in our Ford Transit 350 van that’s been outfitted as a “shop on wheels” to serve area customers on their own turf all over the Mitchell area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service when working face-to-face with service customers.
  • Clearly communicate with customers and coworkers and properly document repairs performed.
  • Perform recalls, basic diagnostics, and light maintenance on-site on customer vehicles.
  • Assisting customers with the process of moving more “shop-worthy” repairs to the dealership.


Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • Ability to drive a Ford Transit 350 van
  • Must be a problem solver who is capable of making sound, independent decisions.
  • A self-directed worker who thrives with minimal supervision.
  • Able to take initiative and own projects from concept to completion.
  • Seeking an accountable individual with high ethical standards.
  • Must possess unquestionable reliability and integrity.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
