We are seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing technology team. As a Senior Engineer, you will shape and build strategic solutions end-to-end, contributing to architecture, writing production-quality code, and leading technical discussions that turn ideas into reality. You will drive innovation through technical leadership and influence, helping elevate engineering practices, mentoring team members, and advancing technical initiatives across the organization.

We are looking for someone with strong, hands-on experience building production-grade solutions using AI and LLM-based development frameworks, including automation and autonomous agent systems within enterprise environments. Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting commercial software applications across multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrated success delivering increasingly complex technical projects and solutions.
  • 8+ years of experience with modern software development technologies, including:

  • Comparable object-oriented programming languages and frameworks
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools, coding assistants, and agent-based engineering workflows to improve productivity and software quality.
  • Ability to critically evaluate, validate, and take ownership of AI-generated or tool-assisted outputs before production use.
  • Strong experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle, including:

  • Experience with NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Cosmos DB, or similar platforms.
