• Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing tools and techniques to identify patients' unique needs and co-develop effective treatment plans tailored specifically for them.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate patient progress and recovery.
• Design and facilitate psychoeducational workshops that promote mental health literacy, covering topics such as coping strategies and stress management techniques within a supportive group format.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care for our patients.
• Serve as a first point of contact during mental health emergencies by offering crisis intervention services with a compassionate, informed approach.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to stay aligned with organizational goals and share insights that can enhance patient outcomes.
• Commit to ongoing professional development, staying updated with the latest research and trends in mental health therapy.

We serve a varied client base, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health conditions. • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
• Sound knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, with the demonstrated ability to implement effective therapeutic interventions.
• Proven experience in carrying out comprehensive mental health assessments and creating supportive treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals and families.
• Competence in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and managing digital documentation effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to the overall dynamic of service delivery.

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly working with varied age groups.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote treatment methodologies.
• Experience leading therapy groups and psychoeducational sessions.

Constant Support Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
