• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health status and tailor a unique treatment approach.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the clients’ objectives, ensuring a holistic approach to their mental health.
• Provide therapeutic services through one-on-one sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to create impactful change.
• Engage clients through teletherapy, enhancing accessibility to mental health services for those who require flexible options.
• Respond to crisis situations with empathy and skill, delivering immediate support to address urgent mental health needs.
• Continuously improve professional knowledge and expertise by participating in ongoing training and continuing education focused on emerging practices and standards in mental health care.

Our practice serves a diverse array of clients, primarily adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills that foster relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring effective and compassionate interactions.
• Exhibit a non-judgmental, empathetic approach that encourages clients to navigate their mental health challenges.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively balance treatment responsibilities and administrative tasks.
• A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board is essential to maintain our organization's integrity and professionalism.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services preferred, with a sound understanding of remote therapeutic practices.
• Previous exposure to a community health clinic or similar environment is advantageous, as it enhances familiarity with diverse client needs.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client interactions, documentation, and treatment planning efficiently.
