SoulCycle instructors are fitness professionals who lead indoor cycling classes at SoulCycle studios. They are responsible for guiding participants through high-energy, music-driven rides, providing motivation, and ensuring proper cycling technique. Instructors also curate playlists, create unique class experiences, and foster a supportive, community-driven environment. They play a key role in helping riders achieve their fitness goals while making classes enjoyable and engaging.

What does a typical day look like for a SoulCycle instructor?

A typical day for a SoulCycle instructor includes preparing playlists, choreographing classes, and teaching multiple high-energy cycling sessions. Instructors often work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to accommodate client schedules. They also spend time building community by interacting with riders before and after class, providing motivation, and sometimes managing social media engagement. Balancing class preparation, teaching, and personal wellness is key to avoiding burnout and delivering consistent, inspiring experiences.
