A-Team Dental Staffing is partnering with an established, privately owned dental practice in the Greater Pasadena area to hire an experienced Treatment Coordinator for an exciting direct-hire opportunity.

This innovative, patient-centered practice is redefining modern dentistry by focusing on prevention, education, hospitality, and whole-body wellness. They believe dentistry is about more than treating teeth—it’s about improving lives.

This is a heavy MGE practice, making it an excellent opportunity for a Treatment Coordinator who is confident in treatment presentation, patient education, and case acceptance while creating an exceptional patient experience.

Schedule
Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Administrative/Specialty Day)
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
One Saturday per Month: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Responsibilities
  • Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and compassion
  • Educate patients on recommended treatment and financial options
  • Verify PPO insurance benefits and prepare accurate treatment estimates
  • Coordinate financial arrangements and payment solutions
  • Follow up on unscheduled treatment
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and financial records
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and the clinical team
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment acceptance

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of Treatment Coordinator experience
  • Previous MGE experience strongly preferred
  • Strong PPO insurance knowledge
