Job description

Location: Hudson, Ohio

Pay Range: Up to $20/hr (based on experience)

Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Sorting Associates in Hudson, Ohio. This is an entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training provided. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, organizing, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality and productivity standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Essential Functions
  • Sort and organize products, materials, and components according to established guidelines
  • Inspect items for quality defects and ensure products meet company standards
  • Separate, label, and package materials for processing or shipment
  • Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and complete basic transactions
  • Perform quality checks throughout the sorting process
  • Replace labels and supplies as needed
  • Maintain organized workstations and material flow
  • Follow production schedules and daily priorities
  • Accurately complete required paperwork and documentation
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and work instructions
  • Work efficiently to meet productivity goals
  • Assist with general warehouse and production support tasks as needed
Required Education and Experience
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Physical Demands

    While performing the duties of this position, employees are regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and use their hands throughout the shift. Employees must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. This position requires the ability to work on your feet for extended periods and maintain productivity in a warehouse environment.
