Job Summary:

This position largely involves sorting products from inbound shipments, itemization of products, and creating e-commerce listings for MRO parts. We work with a wide variety of products and offer extensive training. No prior experience is required!

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Triaging Purchases - Sorting through purchases to separate items of value and organizing them for easy check-in
  • Checking In Purchases - Cataloging manufacturer, model number, condition, and quantity of items associated with purchase orders
  • Item Preparation - General breaking down of small parts with hand tools
  • Research and photography - performing general research of MRO parts and taking photos to create e-commerce listings
  • Inventory - Scanning items into our inventory system
  • Process improvement - were looking for a good communicator that can notify our leads of roadblocks while identifying ways we can improve our processes


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient typing skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to use new software and navigate user interfaces
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with others to accomplish goals
  • Knowledge of operating basic hand tools is a plus
  • Data entry, eCommerce, and photography experience is a plus


Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior forklift experience preferred but not required


Physical/Travel Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to frequently lift 25 pounds
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to withstand varying temperatures
