What You'll Do

Depending on your experience, interests, and department placement, responsibilities may include:

Warehouse Operations

  • Organize, sort, and prepare rental equipment for upcoming events
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment


Product Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Clean, dry, inspect, and store tent fabrics and rental equipment
  • Ensure products meet company quality standards
  • Prevent damage through proper handling and storage practices


Loading & Logistics

  • Load and secure equipment onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Perform quality checks before shipments leave the warehouse
  • Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to ensure accurate deliveries


Inventory & Quality Control

  • Track inventory and report discrepancies
  • Inspect equipment and fabrics for damage or wear
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory organization


Customer Service

  • Assist customers with rental pickups and returns
  • Answer questions and provide a professional, friendly experience


Leadership Opportunities

For Lead positions, additional responsibilities may include:

  • Training and mentoring team members
  • Prioritizing daily workflow and production schedules
  • Maintaining department quality standards
  • Supporting warehouse supervisors and operations management
  • Promoting safety, accountability, and teamwork


What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Forklift experience is a plus (training available)
  • Leadership experience preferred for Lead positions


No previous event rental experience is required. We will train the right candidates.


Schedule

  • Full-time positions available
  • Monday-Friday
  • Rotating Saturdays and overtime as needed
  • Typical shifts are 8-10 hours
  • Start times vary by department


Pay

$16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Compensation is based on experience, skills, certifications, and leadership responsibilities.
