Job description

Company: Pure PT & Pilates / PURE Formance & Pilates
Location:  McAllem
Job Type: Full-Time/Part Time/PRN
About Us
At Pure PT, we don’t just rehab injuries—we build people back stronger than they’ve ever been. Our clinic blends PURE formance training with physical therapy to help clients move better, feel better, and live better.
The Role
We’re looking for a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who’s ready to step in and take ownership from day one. This isn’t a “learn as you go” position—you’ll be responsible for leading and implementing our Proteus programming across the clinic as well as lead and program adult and youth group training classes.
If you like structure, accountability, and results, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
  • Lead all Proteus system programming and implementation
  • Lead all adult and youth programming and follow our CAPE SOP
  • Design and execute strength & conditioning programs for rehab and performance clients
  • Collaborate closely with physical therapists to ensure seamless care
  • Track progress, adjust programs, and deliver measurable results
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, energy, and consistency
What We’re Looking For
  • CSCS certification (required)
  • Strong background in strength & conditioning and performance training
  • Experience with or willingness to quickly master Proteus technology
  • Self-starter mentality — you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • High energy, high standards, and attention to detail
  • Ability to coach, lead, and hold clients accountable
What You Can Expect
  • A fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • A team that values excellence, integrity, and service
  • Opportunity to build and lead a key part of our training system
  • Real impact on people’s lives—not just paperwork and protocols
Bottom Line
If you’re the type who shows up early, stays sharp, and takes pride in doing things right—this is your lane.
If you need hand-holding, it’s not.
