Duties and responsibilities
- Build strong carrier relationships to grow your book of business
- Negotiate with carriers for the best rates
- Provide innovative solutions to new problems
- Collaborate with team members to provide premier service
- Manage shipments until delivery
- Be agile, ambitious and focused on the goal
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Self-starter and motivator

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in an office setting.
- This position is administrative in nature and will require the ability to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 15 pounds.
