• Conduct initial evaluations to gather comprehensive client information and assess their emotional health.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client objectives.
• Engage clients in meaningful dialogue, employing active listening techniques and open-ended questions to facilitate self-exploration.
• Utilize crisis intervention protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in distress.
• Support clients in mental exercises and role-playing scenarios to help them develop coping strategies.
• Provide guidance on relevant concerns and collaborate with clients to recommend additional therapies or support services as appropriate.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client sessions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

As an LPCC at Integrated Harbor Psychotherapy and Wellness, you will work with a diverse client demographic, including adults and children. This role will allow you to address a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, providing you with opportunities to make a profound impact across different life stages.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active, unrestricted state LPCC license is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of applicable counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential.
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing the counseling profession.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required to foster relationships with a broad range of clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant technology tools.

• Specialty training in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and somatic approaches in therapeutic practice.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, based on experience and workload. Benefits include:
